Llegamos a este hotel por curiosidad cuando visitamos el Museo de los Duendes, el lugar es muy bonito, cuenta con albercas. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, amplias y bonitas, tienen chimenea. Me encantó la vibra de las cabañas, tienen todas las comodidades.
Fui ahí para festejar mi cumpleaños, y la verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien, Yo hice la reservación desde los teléfonos de WhatsApp y te mandan las instrucciones y son muy claros durante todo el proceso La ventaja es que ahí al lado está el museo de los duendes, entonces puedes pasar ya hace una estadía muy amena, y en mi caso aprovechamos para hacer uso de las parrillas de áreas comunes para hacer unas hamburguesas asadas, y la verdad es que sin tema, todo muy bien Afortunadamente, también hubo sol y fue excelente para poder hacer uso de las albercas Rentamos dos cabañas, las cuales son muy amplias muy cómodas, y la verdad es que vale totalmente la pena PD : yo tome un baño en la noche y el agua estaba calientita

Vinimos solamente de pasada al restaurante y la verdad que la comida estaba muy buena. El sitio es muy bonito y está muy bien cuidado. Está entre las montañas pero es fácil llegar
Muy limpio el hotel, acogedor, las albercas no las utilizamos por q llegamos algo tarde y no están aclimatadas, el personal atendió de inmediato Solo q el baño salía muy poca agua de la regadera Las cabañas y el ambiente muy tranquilo .
El hotel está muy bonito, tiene áreas verdes en buen estado, hay mesitas y sillas, palapas, asadores, 3 albercas (sencillas), habitaciones y cabañas. Nosotros nos hospedamos en una habitación sencilla para 4 personas, muy cómoda, limpia, camas cómodas, cobijas calientitas limpias, baño completo, tv. Cenamos y desayunamos en su restaurante y la verdad todo nos gustó, tienen buen sazón y es fresco, a pesar de que lo cocinan en ese instante, no se demoran. Buena atención Ya que ahí mismo, tienes 2 atracciones: Museo de los duendes (un lugar bonito y mágico) y la Caminata nocturna al Árbol de los deseos (claro con costo extra, pero a accesibles). Todo el personal muy atento, un espacio muy tranquilo y te ofrecen un recorrido nocturno los días sábados, solo un detalle, no hay comida en la noche terminando el recorrido y todos regresamos con hambre y cansados, deberían al menos ese día ofrecer el servicio de restaurante hasta más tarde, o vender algo más como pan o tortas o algo asi
Muy ricas habitaciones, la luz no les sirve bien, atención de primera y la ubicación a 7 minutos del centro. Lo mejor es que dentro del hotel está el museo del duende, entonces se convierte en Duendeland, una parada obligatoria.
